Found earlier today by Alex P. Initially out of view along the shore closest to Figgs Landing Road. Eventually it spun into view. Birds were extremely skittish and some left and I am unsure if the Phalarope is still present. Noted bulky body, gray plumage, thin straight bill, white face, and weak stripe behind the eye. May not have usable photos due to the light and obstructing vegetation.
