Continuing. Seen with MOB. Thanks to Paul for refinding. Perched on oyster ball at approximately 32.61504 -117.10544. A petite tern larger than Least Tern and smaller than Forster’s. When perched, ear muffs were noted. When in flight, pale underwings and lack of collar spur were noted.
