Continuing light adult. Bright white/light underneath with black edges to wings and short tail. Had good views from the hill (33.2360181, -111.7673627) as it soared northwest and then overhead. Later saw to the northwest again and it briefly perched in some cottonwoods near Basin 2. Walked over to that area to see if we could get a closer look, but did not relocate. Life bird!
