Lifer! Continuing. Incredible find by Jon Skinner yesterday! I feared the worst when I saw the checklists this morning, but thankfully, Jeremiah Trimble put me on as soon as I arrived. Smaller than HOLA it was associating with, with some black still left on the belly and obvious, almost junco-like, white tail edges. Moved around a lot with the flock while I watched it, mostly stayed behind the planes to the SW of the parking lot. Right around sunset, it moved much closer to the dumpsters. Very memorable/sentimental experience, since this bird was at the same place I got my lifer Lapland Longspur, all those seasons ago.
