Had one small, dark buteo that strongly impressed me as a BWHA in the field. Looked to be about the size of the COHA in the same area, maybe even smaller? I felt like this wings were the wrong shape for RSHA, and it seemed too dark. But, there were some weird traits (strong black and white tail banding, for example), that gave me pause. Overall, I felt strong enough to call this BWHA, but others expressed concern. Given the quality of my photos, and my own concerns, decided to just change it sp.
