Got report of owls kicked up by a pheasant hunter. Sat in the truck for an hour tonight waiting on the road for them to begin feeding but didn't see any until the dog was looking out the window at something and that's what I noticed all five were down the ditch out of the wind right next to my truck. They got startled when I rolled the window down and they landed out in the field on the corn stalks.
