Initially difficult to pick out. Very windy and scope was jumping around. Dave Smith suggested we review our pictures. After he left, the birds flew overhead. Bird on the right side is noticeably smaller in all wing positions. Also found a picture of one smaller bird with a stubby bill from my earlier shots of the birds on the water. The flock flew off to the southwest.
