Perched between hunting attempts on post next to hardy sweet pea plant.

Beobachtungsdetails

Seen hunting, walking around a hardy sweat pea plant with heavy vegitation. Hawk was unsuccessful and eventually flew to a neighbor's maple tree, perching approximately 40 ft above the ground. Hawk reappeared, swooping across the property in the opposite direction, landing out-of-sight in a neighbor's tree.
