Beobachtungsdetails
There were two small white geese with a flock of 32 Snow Geese. They really stuck out and i was immediately impressed with the size difference. My first thought was about Greater/Lesser Snow goose comparison but of all the snow goose flocks i've seen i can't remember ever seeing such a noticeable gap in body size and wing span. In pictures it was a bit more clear that there was two (an adult and immature) that were quite a bit smaller, shorter necked and in at least one picture, much smaller billed. The bill in the first photo is probably the clearest and shows the small almost cutely triangular bill compared with the honking sloped bill of the Snow it's flying with. I shared pictures with a few trusted sources and Discord and got a good response for Ross's Goose.
