Slightly irregular orange/red spot in the gorget under the chin. The brown edges on the side feathers of the gorget were darker than the other female birds that have visited by yard this fall. The breast is white with rufous sides, the back is green. The tail is rufous with a black band and the outer feather tips were white. One of the tail feathers is longer than the others.
