Found at Cove Island Park at the fence between playground and Holly Pond by Lea Kessler Shaw. Accepted by the ARCC in March 2018. "It was making short sallies for insects from low vegetation growing around a chain fence adjacent to a grassy playground. It landed on the ground twice. It pumped its tail while sitting on small low branches. My impression was of a small drab light gray flycatcher with two white wing stripes, a round head, and a prominent white eye ring."
