NOTES: ADULT(S); Background: LIMNODROMUS GRISEUS (0:00-0:10) AND SCATTERED THROUGH CUT), Sterna hirundo (at 3:10); SAND BEACH RUNNING INTO MUD FLAT--OFF SOUND. ADULTS FEEDING AND CHASING EACH OTHER AROUND THE BEACH. [This recording included conversational "twittering" and "Wick" calls given by migrant individuals of this species among a flock that apparently included both Limnodromus griseus and Calidris minutilla (based on calls recorded). Quality unchanged (3-2 - good signal but several species mixed together and seemingly with voice announcements after almost every call) - CAM - 2 December 2004]. Habitat: Wetland, Mudflat.
