Media notes
Primarily the female in focus as it wandered very close to me. The male is the one calling in the background. Female walked up to about 4 meters from me around 0:20 and then walked back behind a log after 0:45 when I lost focus on her. Then at 1:10 or something I saw the male nearby and pointed the mic at him but he flew (hear wingbeats at 1:15). Then the female (all this while calling in the back) returned into view but a bit further away at around 1:30 before I lost here again after 1:55. I am not sure but I think the ringing notes (spinebill-like) 2:21 onwards might be from the male. Female repeatedly gave this interesting 3-5 note call (see 0:23, 0:32, and then 1:00 onwards).
Observation details
Pair feeding by the roadside. Female bolder than the male. Both walked in to the forest as I watched from a distance. Later I sat down where they had walked in as their contact calls were audible and they got very close (see recording).
