Media notes

Because of extremely loud highway noise I HP filtered at 2k and then 3k on top of that.

Observation details

Horned Larks were regular along Green Hill Road east of airport at the time. I am calling this strigata on the basis or the "distinct" black streak on long uppertail covert, visible in third photo. Vagrants from east of cascades would be paler. Other members of "rufous group" are found to the south. Pyle was my source for this determination.
