Media notes

This recording is 48k wav transform (via Any Video Converter) from AVI file, which was captured with Corel Video Studio from Firewire output of Sony GV-D200 Digital 8 deck. Unfortunately, the original recording, on the Sony camcorder, was made with the Long Play option selected.

Observation details

Diagnostic clicks heard before stimulation. Then I imitated them by clicking rocks together and sound came very close. No moon, very dark. I never saw anything, but at one point a bird must have been on the road with me, the sound was so close. I never left the road. Stopped at various places to listen. The recording is from the close approach midway along the road. Later, near the river, I recorded another, to the north, and heard possibly a third, to the south.
