Recorded at 1120. Begging calls of two juvenile birds in a nest located on an overhanging branch on the bank of Discovery Lake. An adult bird visited and fed the juveniles, with one of the two appearing to be more robust than than the other. Soft keh-keh-keh calls from the adult can be heard at: 0:17, 0:41, 1:40, 2:02, 2:59, 3:19, 3:39 and 4:19. Photograph ML202920991 is of the more robust juvenile. Recording paused to allow for careful approach, with no disturbance. Incessant insect noise and calls from Torresian Crows were unavoidable.
