Media notes
NOTES: Apparent first-summer male well seen (and present at site some time), initially as it perched in the open about 5 m away and 2 m up (about half-way up a 4 m-tall juniper tree); later <1 m from me as it tried to feed at feeder; then, after it nearly fell off when it tried to perch on top bracket of the feeder, it eventually flew back to fence and then the tree. Other Behaviors: Advertise. Habitat: Forest, Evergreen Forest, Canyon.
