Observation details
Checked with the Facebook ID group, and didn't get opposition to calling this a LOWA, so I'm submitted it that way. First, no yellow wash. Not definitive for LOWA, but a qualifier. Breast streaking looks more brownish than dark, and perhaps more spaced apart than NOWAs I've seen. Pictures show pink legs, but it could be the lighting. I also see a whiter supercilium toward the back of the head, and buffy flanks. I've only ever seen one confirmed LOWA, so I'm not sure on the throat. It looks to be without streaks, or very minimally so. I've definitely seen NOWAs with much more streaking on the throat. These pictures were not overexposed, and I attempted to present them in the most life-like colors I could. Updated 2019-01-25 after further advisement from eBird moderators to NOWA.
