Media notes
White-rumped behind Pectoral Sandpiper. Note distinct "eye brow," much stronger than Baird's. Supercilium is straight, then upturned behind eye.
Observation details
Feeding in water with Pectoral Sandpiper. White-rumped was slightly smaller than the Pectoral and larger than the nearby Semipalmated Sandpipers. Nearby Baird's were not getting their "feet" wet. Flight photo shows the white-rump.
