Observation details
Wow!! 2nd parish record. Large falcon seen first taking off from somewhere low. Flew up and began soaring, circling, and hovering. Several photos. Large, wide, pointed wings, dark head. Tail tapered when folded. Fanned while steering against wind. Throat and upper breast pale. Rest of underside dark.
