Observation details
at first I thought this was a SOSA because it seemed smaller than a LEYE with shorter legs and while the legs were yellowish, they were not as bright as the Yellowlegs I have seen recently. The chest was brown speckles with a distinct line separating the white belly rather than brown barring tapering into the white. The white eye ring was very prominent. However, looking at my poor quality photos made me think it could also be a LEYE because the bill seems longer and pointier than a SOSA. I realize this would be early for a SOSA.
