Observation details
The BRBO was reported by Wayne Hoffman ~ 4:30pm on OBOL. Steve Holzman had the bird in the scope when we arrived. Thanks to both of you. The BRBO was identified as an adult female by its yellow bill, facial skin, legs and feet; and dark brown head, neck and breast; and a pure white belly. When we arrived, the BRBO was on the lower east side of Stegasaurus Rock and was struggling to keep its position because of waves occasionally sweeping over the rocks. After some heavy rain, the BRBO could not be relocated.
