Observation details
FRS, submitted 03.23.18 Continuing bird. White bellied, grayish backed bird with thin black eye mask, not extending above the eye, running back from the black bill to the nape. The black bill had a hook on the tip of the upper mandible. Seen on the east side of the dead tree pond which is the first pond west of the main entrance. Was at the top of the tree just north of the catttail stand several times, then on the lower bushes and vegetation. Always perched near the top and hunting somewhat like a Kestrel by dropping from it's perch to the ground.
