NOTES: VOCALIZATIONS FROM A PAIR OF WRENS OVER APPROXIMATELY A 40 MINUTE PERIOD. VARIETY OF SOUNDS INCLUDING THE RHYTHMIC ROLLICKING SERIES OF NOTES, OFTEN IN DUET, WHICH GIVES THE SPECIES ITS LOCAL NAME 'GUACACHIYO'. OLD LAVA FLOW DENSELY OVERGROWN WITH BRUSH VINES AND OCCASIONALTREES. Sex: 2 UNKNOWN.
