NOTES: [A long recording with a variety of different vocalizations. Scattered throughout are the Incipient Locomotory Hesitance Vocalizations (ILHVs) and Compound Vocalizations (CdVs) of Smith (1966. Communication and relationships in the genus Tyrannus. Publ. Nuttall Ornith. Cl. 6), which represent the "Kip" Calls and probably both the "Chi-queer" and "Tzeeeeerrhhh" Calls, respectively of BNA. IHLVs are located at 0:05, 0:10, 0:13, 1:02, 1:19 (two), 1:43, 2:03 (soft), 2:10-2:13 (four), 2:37 (two), 3:46, 3:50, and 4:07. CdVs are at 0:17, 0:46, 1:27, 1:44, 1:50, 3:43, 3:53, 4:08, and 4:12. In some places both call types were combined (0:13, 0:37-0:43, 1:11-1:18, 1:22, and 3:12-3:23. By contrast, the series between 3:39 and 3:42 appears to instead represent a complex of Locomotory Hesitance Vocalizations (LHVs) given by both members of a pair. Quality added (2-1) - CAM - 22 December 2004].
