Observation details
Flushed from some low (1-2 foot-high) vegetation at the edges of an agricultural field, roughly here: 39.75258,-75.76556. While this location is not far from the creek, is not a wetland area. Long-billed, fairly pale wren with a prominent supercilium and dark upper back, streaked with white. Perched up on a stick for a minute or so, making scolding calls. The bird is barely visible in the photo below, but some of the key fieldmarks can be seen, including the back-streaking.
