NOTES: Weather: WIND; RECORDING OF TERRITORIAL CALL FROM A BIRD PERCHED ATOP A 4M PINE TREEAND IN FLIGHT. THIS PORTION OF THE FOREST WAS A NEW PLANTING OF MONTEREY PINE, PINUS RADIATA, COMING UP 0.6 TO 1M HIGH, THROUGH FERN AND SCRUB, ON A RIDGE SUMMIT WHICH FELL AWAY INTO A 150M DEEP CANYON. Sex: 1 UNKNOWN. Sound stimulation was (other): NATURAL(NO PLAYBACK). Other Behaviors: Advertise. Habitat: Scrub.
