Observation details
A small colony of Peafowl has been present in this neighbourhood "since the early 2000's". They are well-known and have been featured in TV news clips several times (google 'Surrey Peacocks'). Despite complaints by some local residents, they have persisted here and managed to raise young for more than a decade. For this reason, some would suggest that they are 'countable' by ABA rules. Whatever, at the very least they provide for an interesting photo shoot.
