Observation details
One young male with black spots beginning to show on his neck. He flew more than the female that was content to rest enabling pictures. While at rest tail and wing tips were same length. Pictures to be posted later and hopeful study of more field marks. There were quite possibly THREE birds present. One flew a distance across the street and canal and seconds later two were observed chasing.
