One of many seen in the campground. Many were in pairs that did not seem all that aggitated at each other, as if not food rivals but truly mates.
Observation details
Associated mostly with Russian-olives. Saw six in view in one small willow out northeast. Estimate of 11 is probably low. Why is this number questioned? Large numbers of this bird common at CVCG in autumn/winter. Adjust the filter.
