NOTES: (Sound or Soc. Contact: Isolated? Breed. Status: Territorial. Climate: Humid; Cyclic Wet-Dry. Cov. Density: Med; Thick. Strata: Canopy?) Trail C, 620 m. Recorded along a small trail to a Macaw nest box about 20 m. west of Trail C. I missed songs at 17:19 and 17:22 before I turned the recorder on. I missed another song at 17:30 after several minutes of silence. This bird was singing from near the top of a tall tree (dbh about a meter). This cut contains only five songs and two distant long calls that may not be of the same bird. Note: Tape recorder turned off briefly after first two songs. This bird was recorded by Paul Champlin a few minutes after this cut. Only a portion of this cut was copied. Other Behaviors: Advertise. Habitat: Rainforest, Evergreen Forest.
