Observation details
First seen around 5:30pm flying from small stand of trees near observation tower, circled around and came to roost in nearby stand of poplars. Overall more gray than brown, long yellow legs, fine white spots, all dark gray bill and large eye lead me to think this is a juvenile Yellow-crowned.
