NOTES: (Time: 05:37, 05:42 Sound or Soc. Contact: Isolated. Breed. Status: Territorial. Del. Rate: Low; Normal. Climate: Humid; Cyclic Wet-Dry. Cov. Density: Med.) Bird began singing at 5:29 but it was nearly 5:36 until I could get over to it. Recorded in river-bank forest along Rio Tamopata at 4800 m. on Trail T3. Bird slows its rate of singing considerably through tape. This cut contains 40 songs and two long calls. The times for this cut were at the beginning--not the end. Tape ended at 5:48. This bird was about 15 m. upslope from tree in which it had been previously. Other Behaviors: Advertise. Habitat: Rainforest, Evergreen Forest, River.
