NOTES: (How Identified: Sight +/-. Sound or Soc. Contact: Isolated. Breed. Status: Territorial. Context: Aggression? Climate: Humid; Cyclic Wet-Dry. Cov. Density: Med; Thick.) BP-2 in cut position. Seen only well enough to determine it was a Turdus. Views suggested T. hauxnelli. Trail C, 100 m. This cut contains a number of recordings made between 15:06 and about 15:20. The initial cut was natural, later ones after playback. Despite what I saw on this bird, the song suggests T. albicollis when compared with LNS cat. #29749. Response to playback: Approach. Response to playback: Normal song. Response to playback: Different song. Other Behaviors: Advertise. Habitat: Rainforest, Evergreen Forest.
