Observation details

Made my day, first Ive seen, when I first saw I noticed its small size and light gray color, smaller and lighter than Semipalmated, I was pretty sure it was Snowy Plover and confirmed by my Ipod program then books at home. About 4.5 miles out. Saw for about 2 minutes then a big sneaker wave crashed by it and it took off west quickly. Never saw again and asking other visitors on beach no one else saw it
