Observation details
Twitched the first-winter Lesser Yellowlegs at Loch Dearg which was picked up by Paul Troake. Same bird as first found at Kilmurvey Turlough by Alex Ash on Thursday 5th October (confirmed by pattern of newly moulted grey scapulars on left-hand side). Nice views of it feeding along the edge of the turlough and perched on a wall before flying off towards Seven Churches and pitching into a wet field there. Heard calling. First island record.
