I was alerted to the presence of this bird by an expert birder this morning. On Sept 10 a Crested Caracara was seen in the same area but no further sightings had been reported until today. Four birders present. Bird was last seen at 3:30 pm today.

Perched on a bare limb roadside and later in a field across the road on dykeland
