Very quiet vocalization by male near nest; female at or near nest hole. Quality: 1-2. Level: 7.Then louder, normal song by male. Quality: 1. Level: 5.c) ~ 4:50 PM. Now we hear quiet vocalization by female and male is at the nest. Then focus shifts to male excavating at nest hole. Quality: 1-2.Continuation of above pair. Male sings, female flight sound as arrives at nest hole. Then quiet voice by female and male at nest hole, can hear scraping as male enlarges hole opening. Quality: 1. Level: 5.5:35 PM. Foggy. Then with both birds sitting together near nest, female fliew up to nest, male changes position and presumably hear male voice.
