Seen near WCSP group, perched in a rose bush at the diversion, and then several hundred meters upstream later, again near WCSP. I was not able to be sure that there was more than one. Fairly long, forked/notched tail; small yellowish bill; obvious grayish nape; light median crown-stripe contrasting with two streaky brownish lateral crown-stripes, which contrasted strongly with nape. Back light tawny brownish.
