Observation details

Photo seems insufficient to rule Nelson's out or in. Bill obstructed by grasses. Only half of head visible to judge head shape. Orange coloring obvious on face but can't really see rest of body or flanks. So I'm leaning Saltmarsh. Other ID analysis welcome!
