Observation details
First individual seen perched near the top of a small Chokecherry, near the single Box-elder I have seen on the property, north of the stream in reach 4. Drab flycatcher with peaked head and no noticeable eyering - I saw it flick its wings but it did not bob its tail. Photos confirm very long wings compared to Empidonax. Second individual seen perched at edge of creek corridor, between the rocky draw and the diversion. Photos of both. Later, on the return, I saw a WEWP (first individual again?) perched in the open, along the stream in reach 3. Long wingtips, extending ca 1/3 of the way down the tail; drab head without eyering; lighter but not very contrasting throat.
