NOTES: Neotropical Institute Cut # 2. Bulk reel: 308 Altitude/Elevation: 750-1000 m. Weather: Fair. Calls or song fragments (phrases), presumably by a male, while the presumed female builds a nest. Voice comments on tape. Quality: 2. Level: 1-2. 203 tape. (Both birds appear to be molting.) Observed later an apparent courtship flight with male chasing female around and around, but female was obviously not trying very hard to get away.
