Observation details
Pair softly vocalizing and gathering sticks, leaves, and moss from the sides of the river bank. Both individuals in the pair appeared to be engaged in selecting and gathering nest materials. The birds would sometimes return from the area where they were presumably building a nest and then wet the nesting materials in the river. Photos.
