Observation details

Sudip Simha : Photo and Video Taken. Bird is smaller than OHB. Actual size is comparable to Changeable Hawk Eagle. Bird entered the lake from west side woodland at 9:05 AM Perched at 9:06AM till 9:19AM (13 min on a lone dead-tree at the north corner of the lake. within the lake bed). Not the tree where black kite is nesting. The tree, other corner of the lake where shikra roosts at night. Flew out of the lake at 9:20AM towards south-east side (kasavanahalli lake side) Same individual seen yesterday.
