Observation details
If you park at the picnic area entrance and walk out toward the street, go to the left toward the sign for park store and pet beach. Bird was very vocal around 1:15 PM. If you’re coming from the park entrance, the sign says picnic area and beach. The mixed flock is right at that sign.
