Observation details
Great find by Jon Millburn yesterday. First noticed it diving and twisting to catch insects near the causeway. Then watched it hunt over the boat ramp. It put on quite a show as it repeatedly dove for insects and ate them from its feet while flying over. Long pointed wings, white secondaries stood out against otherwise dark upper parts. Gray underneath with white head and dark eye mask.
