Observation details
Extensively photographed and a few recordings. A couple of birds here in particular had especially large areas of black on the lores, and were very distinctive looking. Even with playback they tended to remain high and hidden. Some foraging behavior noted from one individual, which is documented in one of the photos added to this list.
