Observation details

With peeps on shoreline between Mt. Trashmore and Frank's Dump. Peep-size. Red throat and neck. Faintly defined white supercilium. White belly. Poor photos and video. High tide was too low to attract many birds to Franks Dump. Last year the stint was more reliably found in the evening. VIDEO: https://youtu.be/06A-Ao9ZPrI Video Recording
