Observation details
Hank, the disabled rescue pelican living at Lake Merritt since 2004, was on her island sleeping along with one other AWPE. There were seven AWPE standing on the boom line when another AWPE flew in at 4:54PM and joined those on the line. D saw SS apres feeding H+V @ 9:15AM.
