Observation details

**Rare, and apparently the first eBird record for Blaine Co. At first glance I tried to pass this off as a WEWP, but something wasn't quite adding up. Dark, rounded head, not even a trace of an eyering, white chin, moderate primary projection but not enough for a Contopus, wagging tail frequently. Foraging nonvocal over pond (48.60304, -109.02052).
